We are hosting Arts Council England’s Advice Giving Sessions in Portsmouth for those interested in applying to National Lottery Project Grants.  To include presentation, Q & A and in person 1-2-1’s with Sarah Madden and Nick Green, from Arts Council England.

The event is an opportunity to learn more about the Arts Council’s open access funding scheme, National Lottery Project Grants – what it funds, how to apply and what happens to your application.

The presentation (either afternoon or morning session) is aimed at those who are new to National Lottery Project Grants and want to find out more about the application process. The 1-2-1 half hour sessions are an opportunity to discuss a particular project in mind in more detail with a Relationship Manager from Arts Council England.

There will also be some further information on the Developing Your Creative Practice programme.

This event is being hosted to encourage more applications from Portsmouth, one of Art Council England’s Priority Places, where they want to increase investment and engagement in arts, culture and creativity. They are particularly interested in hearing from those who are first time applicants and/or are working in or are based in Portsmouth.

Information about the Project Grants guidance can also be found online here.
